Terms & Conditions / EULA

This agreement was written in English (US). To the extent any translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.

End User License Agreement (EULA) is our terms of service governing our relationship with users and others who interact with SportsJaw.com and SportsJaw brands, products, and services (the “SportsJaw Services”). By using or accessing SportsJaw, you agree to this Statement, as updated from time to time.

SportsJaw provides a range of services, from free daily sports picks to a community of socially sourced expert sports handicappers. We may ask you to accept supplemental terms for a specific app, product, or service. If those terms conflict with this EULA, the supplemental terms govern your use of that app, product, or service.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We disclose how you can share through SportsJaw and how we collect and use content and information. Please read our Privacy Policy to make informed decisions.

Sharing Your Content and Information

You own the content and information you post on SportsJaw and can control how it is shared through your settings.

For intellectual-property content such as photos and videos, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use content you post on or in connection with SportsJaw, subject to your privacy and account settings.

Deleted content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period but will not be available to others. Applications may request permission to access content and information you or others have shared; your agreement with that application controls how it may use, store, and transfer the information.

Publishing content on the SportsJaw network allows people on and off SportsJaw to access and use it and associate it with you, such as with your name and profile picture. We may use feedback or suggestions without an obligation to compensate you.

Safety

We do our best to keep SportsJaw safe, but cannot guarantee it. You agree that:

  1. You will not post unauthorized commercial communications, such as spam.
  2. You will not collect users' content or information or access SportsJaw using automated means without prior permission.
  3. You will not engage in unlawful acts or upload viruses or malicious code.
  4. You will not solicit login information or access another person's account.
  5. You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
  6. You will not post hate speech, threats, pornography, content that incites violence, nudity, or graphic violence.
  7. You will not operate an application containing mature content without appropriate age restrictions.
  8. You will not use SportsJaw for unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory activity.
  9. You will not disable, overburden, or impair SportsJaw or interfere with its functionality.
  10. You will not facilitate or encourage violations of this Statement or our policies.

Registration and Account Security

  1. You will not provide false personal information or create an account for someone else without permission.
  2. You will not create more than one personal account.
  3. If we disable your account, you will not create another without our permission.
  4. You will not use SportsJaw if you are under the legal gambling age.
  5. You will keep your contact information accurate and up to date.
  6. You will not share your password, allow others to access your account, or jeopardize account security.
  7. We may remove or reclaim a username or similar identifier when we believe it is appropriate.

Protecting Other People's Rights

  1. You will not post content or take action that infringes another person's rights or violates the law.
  2. We may remove content or information that violates this Statement or our policies.
  3. If copyright content is removed by mistake, we will provide an opportunity to appeal.
  4. We may disable accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.
  5. You will not use our copyrights, trademarks, or confusingly similar marks without written permission.
  6. If you collect user information, you must obtain consent, identify yourself as the collector, and publish a privacy policy.
  7. You will not post identification documents or sensitive financial information belonging to another person.
  8. You will not tag users or send invitations to non-users without their consent.

Mobile and Other Devices

Mobile services may be free, but your carrier's normal messaging, data, and other rates still apply.

Amendments

We will notify you before changing these terms and provide an opportunity to review revised terms. Continued use of SportsJaw Services after notice constitutes acceptance of amended terms, policies, or guidelines.

Termination

If you violate this Statement or create risk or possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of SportsJaw to you. We will notify you by email or when you next attempt to access your account. You may delete your account or disable your application at any time.

This Statement is the entire agreement between the parties regarding SportsJaw and supersedes prior agreements.

  1. If any portion is unenforceable, the remaining portion remains in effect.
  2. Failure to enforce any part of this Statement is not a waiver.
  3. Any amendment or waiver must be in writing and signed by us.
  4. You will not transfer your rights or obligations without our consent.
  5. Our rights and obligations are assignable in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
  6. Nothing in this Statement prevents us from complying with the law.
  7. This Statement does not confer third-party beneficiary rights.
  8. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
  9. You will comply with all applicable laws when using SportsJaw.

By using SportsJaw Services, you agree that we can collect and use content and information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
