Texas A&M Aggies vs Missouri Tigers Predictions October 10, 2026

Game time: October 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET

Venue: Memorial Stadium — Columbia, MO

Article updated Oct 5, 8:20 AM EDT

By SportsJaw Editorial Team

Missouri will beat Texas A&M 27-24 in our forecast for Oct. 10, with the Tigers’ productive passing and rushing against Florida giving them a slight edge at home. The Aggies’ strong defensive performance against Arkansas keeps confidence low. Neither Missouri -3.5 (-105) nor the total of 48.5 (-110) offers a convincing betting advantage, making the official SportsJaw recommendation Pass.

Texas A&M Aggies vs Missouri Tigers prediction and best bet

Missouri gets the nod because its latest victory featured substantial production from both Austin Simmons and Jamal Roberts. That gives the Tigers two promising ways to challenge Texas A&M. The forecast is Missouri 27, Texas A&M 24, with a narrow margin reflecting the Aggies’ own convincing win.

The official betting recommendation is Pass. Missouri’s offensive showing supports a slight preference to win, but Texas A&M brings enough recent defensive success to make laying 3.5 points uncomfortable. The total presents a different problem: strong offensive performances sit alongside defensive results that suggest restraint. Neither market offers a strong enough edge.

Odds, game time and how to watch

Game time: Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, at 11 a.m. CT for this college football matchup, according to TexAgs’ Oct. 3 kickoff report.

Venue: Faurot Field at Memorial Stadium in Columbia, Missouri. Broadcast: ABC.

Records: Missouri’s Oct. 3 postgame recap lists the Tigers at 4-1 overall and 1-1 in SEC play. Texas A&M’s postgame recap lists the Aggies at 3-2 and 1-2 in conference play, updating the earlier kickoff report’s 2-2 and 0-2 figures.

SportsJaw odds: Texas A&M +3.5 (-111) and Missouri -3.5 (-105). Moneyline: Texas A&M +145 and Missouri -170. Total: Over 48.5 (-110) or Under 48.5 (-110).

Consensus: As of Oct. 5 at 12:04 UTC, SportsJaw’s combined moneyline consensus favored Missouri -170 at 88%. The sportsbook component also showed 88% support for Missouri. These are selection percentages, not Missouri’s probability of winning; no separate community leader or qualified-handicapper pick was supplied.

Texas A&M Aggies outlook

Texas A&M’s Oct. 3 home victory over Arkansas supplies the strongest argument against a comfortable Missouri win. The Aggies won 34-7 and outgained Arkansas 401-214. They allowed 103 rushing yards and 111 passing yards while holding the Razorbacks to three conversions on 10 third-down attempts.

Marcel Reed contributed through both the air and the ground, completing 13 of 19 passes for 170 yards and rushing for 66 yards and a touchdown. Freshman running backs Carsyn Baker and KJ Edwards added a combined 92 rushing yards and three touchdowns. That distribution suggests Texas A&M can build an offensive response without relying entirely on Reed’s passing.

The Aggies’ challenge is carrying that performance into a road game against an offense coming off its own breakout. Their Arkansas result earns them respect here, but one strong defensive game is too small a sample to assume Missouri will struggle in the same way.

Missouri Tigers outlook

Missouri beat Florida 45-17 at home on Oct. 3, scoring 35 consecutive points. Simmons completed 23 of 30 passes for a career-high 340 yards and two touchdowns. His production is the strongest individual passing performance in the recent evidence for this matchup.

Roberts carried 24 times for 211 yards and three touchdowns, with runs of 77 and 80 yards. Those two gains account for 157 of his yards, illustrating how much explosive plays contributed to his total. Missouri’s rushing threat is compelling, but another 200-yard performance should not be treated as the baseline.

The Tigers also held Florida to 19 total yards in the third quarter. That was an excellent stretch, although a single quarter offers a narrower defensive picture than a full-game result. Missouri’s offensive production carries more weight in this forecast than an assumption of sustained defensive dominance.

Key matchup factors

The central question is whether Texas A&M can make Missouri earn its yards in smaller increments. Limiting Roberts’ longest gains would put more responsibility on Simmons to sustain possessions. Reed’s rushing production gives the Aggies another potential answer when their passing game needs help.

The series offers a counterargument to Missouri: Texas A&M won the previous meeting 38-17 in Columbia on Nov. 8, 2025. TexAgs reports that was the Aggies’ third consecutive series victory and that they enter this meeting ahead 11-7 all time. Those results add context, but the current forecast puts more weight on the teams’ latest performances.

Texas A&M Aggies vs Missouri Tigers spread prediction

Spread prediction: Pass on Missouri -3.5 (-105) and Texas A&M +3.5 (-111). The projected three-point Missouri victory would put the Aggies inside the number, but that half-point difference is too thin to turn a tentative score forecast into a wager.

Missouri’s explosive offense creates a plausible path to a larger margin. Texas A&M’s recent defensive work creates an equally relevant reason to hesitate before laying points. Picking the Tigers to win is easier than backing either side at these prices.

Texas A&M Aggies vs Missouri Tigers total prediction

Total prediction: Pass on Over 48.5 (-110) and Under 48.5 (-110). The projected 51 points sit above the line, but the evidence is mixed. Both offenses just scored at least 34 points, while Texas A&M delivered a strong full-game defensive result and Missouri produced a dominant third quarter.

There is no supported pace or possession evidence here to justify treating a slower game as likely. An Under wager would lean too heavily on limited defensive examples; an Over wager would assume too much carryover from performances against different opponents.

Texas A&M Aggies vs Missouri Tigers projected score

Game forecast: Missouri Tigers 27, Texas A&M Aggies 24. Simmons’ passing and Roberts’ rushing give Missouri the slight offensive edge at home. Texas A&M’s balanced contribution from Reed and its Arkansas defensive performance are the strongest reasons the Tigers could fall short.

Confidence: low. Both teams have persuasive recent results, and neither has a decisive advantage in this matchup’s evidence. The winner forecast remains Missouri, while the spread and total remain separate passes. Official SportsJaw wager: Pass.
