Tennessee Titans vs Baltimore Ravens Predictions October 4, 2026

Game time: October 4, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET

Venue: M&T Bank Stadium — Baltimore, MD

By SportsJaw Editorial Team

The Baltimore Ravens will beat the Tennessee Titans, with a projected score of Ravens 27, Titans 17. Lamar Jackson’s efficient passing and Baltimore’s varied rushing production give the home team the strongest offensive case. That advantage comes with offensive-line injuries and defensive concerns, however, so neither Ravens -11.5 (-110) nor the 43.5-point total offers a compelling wager. The official recommendation is Pass.

Tennessee Titans vs Baltimore Ravens prediction and best bet

Baltimore gets the winner pick because its latest performance showed several routes to points. Jackson threw two touchdown passes against Dallas, while Derrick Henry, Jackson and Justice Hill combined for 172 rushing yards. Tennessee’s defensive showing against New York deserves respect, but containing that combination is the central challenge in this matchup.

Winning and covering 11.5 points demand different judgments. Baltimore needed Tyler Loop’s field goal as time expired to beat Dallas 34-31, and its offensive line emerged with additional injury concerns. Tennessee also kept the Giants out of the end zone. The forecast favors Baltimore; the best betting decision is Pass, with too much resistance to a comfortable double-digit victory.

Odds, game time and how to watch

Game: Tennessee Titans at Baltimore Ravens, Week 4 of the 2026 NFL season.

Kickoff: Sunday, October 4, 2026, at noon CT.

Venue: M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore.

Records: Tennessee is 0-3. Baltimore is 2-1 after beating Dallas 34-31 on September 27.

SportsJaw moneyline: Tennessee +500; Baltimore -715.

SportsJaw spread: Tennessee +11.5 (-110); Baltimore -11.5 (-110). Baltimore must win by at least 12 points to cover its supplied spread, a higher bar than simply winning the game outright at home on Sunday afternoon against Tennessee.

Tennessee Titans outlook

Tennessee’s September 27 performance supplied a credible defensive argument for keeping this game competitive. The Titans allowed 238 yards against the Giants and denied touchdowns on both of New York’s red-zone, goal-to-go possessions. That is particularly relevant when evaluating a large underdog: forcing field goals can preserve a cover even when the opponent moves the ball.

The Titans outgained New York 262-238, including a 208-103 advantage after halftime. Those numbers show a better second half, although one game offers only a narrow view of what Tennessee can sustain. The challenge is to reproduce that territorial advantage against Baltimore while turning possessions into enough scoring opportunities to threaten the favorite.

Cam Ward completed 23 of 36 passes for 181 yards, including a four-yard touchdown to Wan’Dale Robinson. Tony Pollard contributed 74 rushing yards and 22 receiving yards. Carnell Tate had 58 receiving yards, with Robinson adding 57. Pollard’s involvement in both phases gives Tennessee an option beyond asking Ward to carry every drive.

Baltimore’s recent defensive problems create an opening for those players. Tennessee should look to make the Ravens defend extended possessions. That is a plausible competitive approach, rather than evidence that the Titans are ready to dictate this game.

Baltimore Ravens outlook

Jackson’s September 27 passing line is the strongest individual reason to favor Baltimore: 15 completions on 20 attempts, 186 yards and two touchdowns. Zay Flowers caught five passes for 84 yards and added a 20-yard jet-sweep run. Together, those contributions illustrate how Baltimore can create offense through both its quarterback and a receiver involved beyond conventional passing plays.

Henry supplied 89 rushing yards, Jackson added 50 and Hill contributed 33. That distribution gives Tennessee several ball carriers to account for. It also helps explain the winner pick without assuming Baltimore needs another 34-point performance to prevail.

The offensive line is the material concern. Center Jovaughn Gwyn left the Dallas game with an ankle injury, and Ethan Pocic departed with a knee injury. Rookie guard Vega Ioane finished at center. Left tackle Ronnie Stanley missed that game with a toe injury, leaving Carson Vinson to make his first career start. Baltimore’s subsequent team reporting described the line’s health as uncertain for Tennessee.

The Ravens also allowed 415 yards and a season-high 31 points against Dallas. Nine penalties included three John Simpson false starts. Those problems matter more when laying 11.5 points: stalled possessions or another productive opposing offense could leave Baltimore winning without covering.

Key matchup factors

The most consequential matchup is Baltimore’s unsettled blocking group against a Tennessee defense coming off two goal-to-go stops. Jackson and Henry give the Ravens an appealing offensive foundation, but protection and interior blocking could determine whether drives end in touchdowns or shorter scoring chances.

The September 28 SportsJaw consensus update showed 492 combined spread selections for Baltimore and 108 for Tennessee, an 82% Baltimore share. Those counts combine a modeled sportsbook sample with SportsJaw participation; they are not observed sportsbook ticket totals or a win probability. The strong favorite preference is useful context, but it supplies no independent answer to the injury concerns and no reason by itself to back Tennessee.

Tennessee Titans vs Baltimore Ravens spread prediction

Spread recommendation: Pass on Baltimore -11.5 (-110) and Tennessee +11.5 (-110). The projected 10-point Baltimore victory falls inside Tennessee’s number, but that narrow cushion is not enough to make the Titans an official play.

Baltimore’s offensive production argues against casually taking the points. Tennessee’s goal-line resistance, Baltimore’s 415 yards allowed against Dallas and the offensive-line injuries argue against laying them. Each side has a credible case, with substantial uncertainty around the winning margin. The forecast favors a Ravens win without a cover; the spread remains a Pass.

Tennessee Titans vs Baltimore Ravens total prediction

Total recommendation: Pass on Over 43.5 (-110) and Under 43.5 (-110). The projected 44 points sit just half a point above the line, leaving essentially no cushion for an Over recommendation.

Baltimore’s 34-31 Dallas game favors a higher-scoring interpretation, while Tennessee’s touchdown-free defensive performance against New York and Baltimore’s blocking concerns pull the other way. The combined consensus favors Under, 360 selections to 240, with a 27-percentage-point increase from the September 27 snapshot. That preference is sentiment, not a scoring forecast. Neither direction earns the official wager.

Tennessee Titans vs Baltimore Ravens projected score

Game forecast: Ravens 27, Titans 17. Baltimore’s combination of accurate passing, Flowers’ production and multiple productive runners gives it the better route to a win. Tennessee’s defensive performance and Pollard’s involvement support a competitive game rather than an assumed rout.

The strongest counterargument is that Baltimore’s line injuries could disrupt the very offensive advantage driving the pick. Its defensive showing against Dallas also leaves room for Tennessee to exceed this projection. Confidence is low because those concerns materially affect both the margin and scoring outlook. Baltimore remains the selected winner, while both the spread and total are passes. The single official SportsJaw betting lean is Pass.
